Made from 100% Sylvaner Harvested by hand by Alice and her team at Domaine Clauss in Alsace, this vin de négoce is an impressive 100% Sylvaner. Pressed after spending six weeks on the skins as whole bunches. This lovely orange has a beautiful bright yellow color, elegant, floral aromas and a crispy well balanced acidity.
