Shipping policy
All orders placed before 10:00 a.m. are dispatched on the same day.
Customers will always receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the shipment from pickup to delivery by our partners UPS or DPD Express.
If a delivery attempt fails, a notice will be left for the recipient. This notice will include the date and time of the attempt, shipment details (tracking number and sender’s name), and information on where the package can be picked up. The shipment will remain at the pickup point for 3 to 10 business days before being returned to the sender.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, a fee may be charged for redelivery.
Please note:Â The customer is responsible for checking the condition and contents of the package(s) upon delivery, ensuring the items and quantities match the order form. A signed receipt of delivery confirms acceptance of the order.
