This blend of G&M changes every year, for 2022 its 30% Muscat d’Alexandrie from the south of France, 20% Gewürztraminer, 30% Chardonnay-Muscaté from Auvergne and the rest is a mix of Grenache blanc and Grenache Gris plus some Ugni Blanc to finish it off.
