Pamina 2020

From the vineyard in La Mailloche, 100 % Chardonnay from 40 years old vines, direct pressed, fermented in old barrels and bottled in spring 2018. The name Pamina is from Mozart’s opera The Magic Flute and there surely is something magic about this wine. An amazing perfect, elegant wine with acidity that lingers in the mouth and is so Jura.

Appearance: Medium acidity, fruity, light bodied and very well balanced, green apple, very mineral, rich, buttery, oaky.
