Freux Deluxe 2022

Made from very low yield (19hl/ha) Grenache Blanc grown on villafranchian soil in Aspiran (Hérault Valley). Selection of the finest grapes from the plot, destemmed, maceration for 60 days in stoneware jars. Aged in Tava amphorae for 10 months.
A nose of spices, pear, white peach, anise, and roasted juice, very complex... the palate is elegant, with sweet spices, minerality, still tannic but with great length.
