Chenin Blanc grown on shale and clay soil, harvested by hand when fully ripe when the color has already begun to turn towards golden yellow. Pressed directly in whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation in used barrels. First pressing, aged on wood, bottled in the following spring.

Appearance: Crispy, Pear and Lemonish.
