It was obtained from the new "Vigna Grande" vineyard and partly from the old vineyards, with a prevalence of Procanico grapes completed by approximately 30% of Malvasia di Candia and Toscana, Vermentino, Roscetto, Pedino, Romanesco, Greco Antico and Ansonica. After destemming, the grapes fermented and macerated for about 5 days in a truncated cone-shaped French oak vat; after pressing the wine finishes fermenting and ages for about a year in 10/20 hl oak barrels, before remaining for a further 6 months in bottle before being marketed.
It has a straw color with slight golden reflections, the nose is aromatic, with a prevalence of floral, gooseberry, slightly herbaceous and mentholated notes. In the mouth it has a marked acidity, it is still very young, savory and light in structure and on the finish with citrus and floral notes. The straw yellow color, already proves to be in line with the vintage. It did a short maceration to coherently express a fresh and light vintage.
