La Syrah de la Pinède 2023

Made from a single parcel of Syrah planted just in front of the forest. The grapes was destemmed and macerated for four weeks in large wooden vats before the pressed juice was returned back to the same wooden vat for one year of ageing.

Appearance: Black fruits, Gentle tannins & Bright acidity
