La Chaussée Rouge 2024

Made from a blend of old vines of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grolleau grown in schist soil. It was vinified using whole clusters with carbonic maceration for approximately eight days. A homeopathic dose of sulfur is added at bottling (around 5mg per liter).

It's a 100% pure juice wine with exceptional drinkability!
