Made from Garnacha Blanca grown on clay calcerous soil, hand picked, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and 300 litre neutral casks, a short maceration on the skins. It continues aging at least 8 months on its lees in 300 L neutral barrels and stainless steel tanks without being topped up at all.
Appearance: Amber, Ripe fruit & Citrus.
