A blend of Terret Bourret, Mauzac, Grenache Gris and Muscat Blanc a Petits Graains grown on clay and limestone soil in Marseillan (Thau Basin). Direct pressed, aged in sandstone vats for 5 months. No sulfur, no filtration, or anything else.
