Fragile 2023

This wine is 100% Chenin Blanc, from vines planted on schist soils. The harvest is done by hand, and the golden-yellow grapes are carefully sorted in each plot.

Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed directly. After fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine is aged in barrels that have held one to five wines for 13 months before bottling with the addition of a homeopathic dose of sulfur (less than 5mg per liter).

Fragile is a beautiful Chenin Blanc, with a superb balance between finesse and richness – a masterpiece!
