Red wine produced by Ramon Saavedra of Bodega Cauzon in Granada, Spain. Made from Syrah grapes which ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and macerate for a week in steel. The aging takes place in oak for about a year. Bottled without filtration, clarification or addition of sulfur.
