Cauzon Rosado 2025

Ramon Saavedra is making natural wines 1200 meters above sea level in Granada by the Sierra Nevada mountains. The rosado is made from Grenache and Pinot Noir grown on red clay soil, maceration on the skins with indigenous yeast, aging 6 months in steel tanks, bottled without clarification or filtration.

An honest and earthy rosé, very easy and delicious to drink.
