This is a 100% Pineau d’Aunis, made from vines planted on a terroir of schist and clay. After hand-harvesting and destemming, this vintage was aged in concrete tanks.

This wine captures all the charm of the wonderful Pineau d’Aunis grape variety, which thrives in the Anjou terroir: the balance between the fruity and spicy character is perfect, making it suitable for pairings far beyond an aperitif.
