Schiller Frizzante 2024

Made from the Styrian local grape Blauer Wildbacher. Farmers have made a traditional pink wine called Schilcher. The craft is admittedly difficult to master, as the acidity in Blauer Wildbacher can easily become unbalancedly high. Strohmeier has put a lot of effort into doing his very best with Schilcher and considers the style an important part of the regional identity.
