Angiolino Maule Pico 2019

Made from 100% Garganega grapes grown on the volcanic hills of Gambellara in Veneto, hand-harvested and then spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. This wine has 2-4 days of skin contact and the fermentation takes place in oak barrels. It is then aged for one year in large wooden barrels. Its bottling without clarification or filtration and without any additions of sulfites.
