TLZ is an abbreviation for Trauben, Liebe und Zeit - Grapes, Love and Time, the only three ingredients needed in a wine.

Made from Blauer Wildbacher carefully selected while handpicked, healthy and ripe grapes only. Crushed and then 4 weeks on the skins, spontaneous fermentation. After soft pressing, the wine spends 24 months in used 500-liter and smaller wooden barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfites added.
