Each bottling of Cat-Silver is a unique blend of multiple grape varieties grown in the region, which can include both red and white grapes, depending on the vintage.  This vintage N°5 is made of Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay, Weissburgunder, Bronner, Muscaris, Souvignier Gris.

The wine is a mix of skin-fermented and directly pressed grapes, with spontaneous fermentation in wooden casks.

Appearance : Crisp, lively palate with a refreshing minerality and vibrant citrus and floral aromas
