Rosso R 2019

Made from Sangiovese grown in the “La Chiesa” bush vineyard.  Its hand harvested at perfect phenolic maturity, destemmed and placed in a wooden truncated cone vat to ferment in contact with the skins for about a month. After pressing, the wine is left to age in semi-new 5 hl barrels for about 2 years. After being bottled, it rests for at least another 4 years before being released to the market so that it fully blends the structure and complexity that characterize it.
