Litrozzo Rosato 2024

Litrozzo rosato is the result of a short maceration of 100% Aleatico grapes. Also in this litrozzo there are all certified organic grapes, purchased in the area near the lake between 
Gradoli and Bolsena. After a fermentation in steel for about three weeks, it rests for a further 6 months in steel and then 3 in the bottle.
