Rosso di Gaetano 2023

Made with grapes from the Montetonico vineyard, and a small part purchased in Pitigliano. After destemming, the Syrah, Merlot and Sangiovese grapes, in equal proportions but harvested and vinified separately, macerated for about 3 weeks with their skins. After racking, the wine obtained from the 3 different varieties is assembled in steel, where it ages for about 9 months before bottling. It rests for another 6 months in bottle before being released.
