Bianchetto 2023

The result of an excellent harvest, like other years, made from grapes mostly purchased in the Bolsena, Montefiascone and Pitigliano area, mainly Procanico, with a little Malvasia di Candia, Moscato, Vermentino and small percentages of other local verities. It macerated for 1 week in contact with the skins and after pressing it remained 9 months in the vats and a further 12 in bottle for refinement.
