Due M Bianco 2022

Due M is a pure Muscat, from a mass selection of the ancient local variety, characterized by a small, early-ripening bunch, harvested from the “Vigna Grande” plot. The grapes are harvested ripe, golden, and vinified partly with a carbonic whole bunch maceration, and partly with a classic maceration on the skins, after destemming. Hence the name “DUE M” 
comes from: two Muscats and two macerations. Once fermentation is complete, the wine ages for about 20 months in 5 hl French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle .
