Karine and Cyril Alonso T’as d’Beaux Yeux Tu Sais 2022

Cyril Alonso has extensive knowledge of the Beaujolais terroirs and now specializes in rarities, very old vines, and endangered native grape varieties, generally from lands untouched by chemicals. This vintage is composed of Vitis Sylvestris infused for a few days. Vitis Sylvestris or "Wood Vine" is a subspecies of forest vine in the "Vitaceae" family and also a subspecies of "Vitis Vinifera". It has a long lifespan and does not need to be treated or pruned; it just needs to be guided so that it climbs a tree or a stake, for example.

This is a rare and original wine, very fruity and intense with notes of white pepper and peony. No chemicals, no additives.
