Pizzicante 2022

Pizzicante is obtained from yellow Moscato grapes, with some addition of  Procanico to give structure and freshness. In order to have a more ready product, with a more stable bubble, it was left to mature on the yeast for two years and then, after disgorgement, kept a further 9 months before selling it, to give the wine time to reabsorb the shock of the "dégorgement" and harmonize the addition of wine from the topping up.
